Can gynecomastia caused by Risperdal be cured or treated?

Risperdal gynecomastia is not typically reversible by stopping the drug and does not typically resolve after young men pass through puberty. There are no medications that reverse male breast growth, leaving very limited options. Aside from living with Risperdal gynecomastia, surgical options include liposuction and mastectomy.
